Our Transition methodology typically employs a four-to-five phased approach, with each phase consisting of one or more tasks producing at least one deliverable and competition criteria that must be met in order to process to the next phase.The milestones and deliverables produced by these tasks provide an ongoing quality review process that checks that the final product will meet expectations.
